Josie and Headbands

Surprisingly this last month has flown by. Usually January seems to drag on but this year I've been so busy that I haven't had time to hate it. I've been busy chasing Josie around of course but even busier making headbands. I starting making and selling headbands on Etsy in the middle of December and I feel like I've been making headbands non stop ever since. But I've really been enjoying it, it's given me the creative outlet I've been needing.

Getting back to Josie... Sometimes she is out of control and her hair is even more out of control. She doesn't have much of it but it's actually quite long along the mohawk region. The other night Russ and I decided to give her a mohawk to see just how long her hair really is. Too bad it's not that long everywhere.... someday.
Her mullet in a twist.

Goofing around with Granner-Nan.

She insisted on wearing my slippers to the store. (Yes she is 'talking' on the phone)

She usually screams when she's done eating. The other day I wondered why she was so quiet, then looked over and saw this.

Boxes make the best toys.

I like the twisted hair in the back. The slippers are hilarious as well. You'll have to post a picture of a headband sometime so I can see them.

Congrats on the headbands. Josie is such a cute little girl. I didn't realize just how long her hair was getting on top. That mullet twist is awesome too.
